I bought a spring mattress from Lazada & they take ages to deliver!

Sampai rumah on weekdays but ofcourse Im working so I had to rescesule on Saturday. This mattress is for my new house in Cyberjaya. So I wait the whole day tak sampai2 tilam ni. I terpaksa delay macam2 disebabkan tilam ni tak sampai2. Will never ever buy furnitures from Lazada again! And will never use Skynet ever!

Janji Sabtu tapi tak muncul2 and then on Monday bagi emel kat I kata akan delay lagi 5 more days!! Melampauu! I call them and Customer service pun sgt teruk. 

Verry terrible service.

We bought a smartphone (Xiomi) through that website and guess what? That phone was defective! Isnt working at all. They promise to fix it but its has been a week already and i havent heard anything from them. I feel cheated and dissapointed with their extremely poor customer service.
